The  Red Rocks Fitness Challenge is an 8-week fitness program that takes place at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and various Denver Parks and Recreation locations. The goal of the challenge is to improve participant's health and wellness through education and inspiration.  With Red Rocks, a team of Denver’s best certified personal trainers and a lifestyle coach, challengers will be provided group personal training sessions and professional nutrition/lifestyle coaching.  Meal plans, at home workouts and additional inspiration will also be provided on the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge Facebook page as well as a weekly participant e-newsletter. 

All purchases are final. There are no refunds available for season passes or 4-packs.

Week 1 April 9

Saturday, April 9th @ Red Rocks Amphitheatre 7am-8am

Important items to bring to each workout:  
  • Season pass wristband - Individuals who purchase a season pass can pick up their wristband at the first workout.  A photo ID and a signature will be required to obtain a wristband.
  • Extra layers of clothing - The mornings at the amphitheatre can be chilly, especially in April. 
  • Bottle of water
  • Small towel

Week 2 April 16
